Kendra A. Mohr

Memberships and Community Involvement:

Kendra is a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She has been appointed to the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee.

She is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Central Pennsylvania, the Middletown Woman’s Club, and the Hummelstown Business & Professional Association.

Kendra is a member of the Rotary Club of Hershey where she currently serves as President-Elect.

Kendra is a volunteer for the New Birth of Freedom Council, Boy Scouts of America where she serves as an Executive Board member.

Kendra is a member of the Conoy Township Zoning Hearing Board. She serves on the Advisory Board for the Middletown Area Chapter of the American Red Cross.

James B. Pannebaker

Jim is a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Hershey.

Jim is an active participant in the New Birth of Freedom Council of the Boy Scouts of America having served as President for 3 ½ years and he continues to serve on the Finance, Properties, and Development committees.

Jim attends Wesley United Methodist Church of Middletown where he serves as a Trustee and as a member of the Staff Parish Committee.

Jim served as a Trustee of Elizabethtown College for a period of 6 years. He served as a member of the Board of Trustees for 27 years and is a past President of the Board of the Community General Osteopathic Hospital of Harrisburg Pennsylvania.

After graduation from law school, Jim served 3 years in the U.S. Army JAG Corps. He next served as an Assistant District Attorney in Dauphin County. Jim has been engaged in the general practice of law for over 30 years, with an emphasis on litigation, business law, and estate planning.
